Pilates Suspension Method: "Rest Your Feet"
A 40 min Pilates Suspension Method total body workout that allows you to "rest your feet". The workout is done mostly kneeling (heads up if you have sensitive knees) and on the mat using the Suspension System (TRX or other brands will work). This workout can be done at home or outside whenever and wherever is best for YOU. You receive a complimentary 15 minute private session with me to go over the Suspension System, modifications or work on specific exercises. Have a great workout!
