Service Description

A total body workout incorporating strength, coordination, flexibility, agility through the use of TRX, Pilates, Kettle Bells, Medicine Balls, Box Jumps, Agility Ladders, Hurdles, Free Weights and more. (Equipment used based on what clients have)


Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice if you will miss your session. Full payment for the will be required if advanced notification is not received.
